LSUMATT - I never said I would take a baseball NC over a football NC.....not sure why you thought that.

bnap - Some posters did say they would take a basketball NC over football. Guess you missed that.

There's a huge difference in just getting there and taking it all. Our appearances in Omaha weren't enough were they? It was the actual winning an NC that put us on the map.

Yes...and baseball is cooler.

I do realize that basketball gets more media though, but i can wait until year 2 of the new Box.

Basketball by a large margin. I love baseball, but we've never won one in basketball, and it brings way more national recognition.

For me personally I would say baseball but for the school I say basketball.

Definately basketball. Baseball is so young they still have time to win with this group.

Basketball needs a good showing to jumpstart the program.
