This. I saw PP play and when he was on he was unstoppable at ANY level.

LSU grad Bob Petit averaged 26 points and 16 rebounds in the NBA for his whole career over more than 10 years!

No one else in the history of LSU basketball is fricking close. 6 9". led the league in scoring once at 29.x. Another year he had 27 points and 20 fricking rebounds per game.

I saw Pistol Pete play for LSU. He was great and a lot of fun, the best passer of his generation. I would pick Bob Petit.

Saw Petit, Pete and Shaq. Pete was unbelievable and revoluntionized game in way that Petit did not. However, even if extended to 60 years, Shaq would be the one you would want to take.

Can't believe nobody has picked Durand "Rudy" Macklin yet.

CJ is the best college player I've ever seen, but Shaq would be the best fit on this team. Hamilton scores but he's still very soft and no one can rebound. We need a dominate force down low. Our guards combined aren't CJ, but Hickey can handle the rock and Shaq would kill the paint.

How about either Leonard "Swat" Mitchell or Dwayne "Astronaut" Scales? I just like the nicknames.

In that case, either Chris Jackson or Shaq.

This and I tend to think anyone saying otherwise is too young to remember these two. Temple, Thornton, Ceasar? cmon man

Shaq would be the guy if he were available in his NBA prime. If this is a choice between having an ex LSU player show up as a freshman then Shaq isn't the guy you'd want. That would be Chris Jackson.
