I agree with this.
Our best teams , at some point, absolutely curb stomped two or three opponents a year.
We aren't doing that yet, but I kind of believe that this is something that can be grown organically with this team, because of the need to run the ball and develop BH. We are running out if time to punch somebody in the mouth and not let them get up.
Defense, I'm looking at you now.

You may like 2 and 3 loss seasons, but I don't. This is where we are heading unless we start winning some games with a beetdown not some win by three points victory.

What's the down vote for? You people are fricking idiots. If we had lost this last game by seven, you'd all be calling for Les' head. Now, nobody could possibly question that we won't beat everyone in line.

Syracuse stayed in the game and probably would have won with their regular quarterback. Leonard Fornette is the only reason we are winning. Miles needs to let the offense cut lose with long passes opening up thre field.

we've been in control the entire season. there is consistency..
if not for special teams, we actually would have much different scoring..
offense is up and defense is actually shutting down the run, getting more turnovers, and more sacks and you are concerned? we just worked an absolutely legit D.. it's absolutely impressive what LSU is doing this season.
some of our games could have been beat downs but LSU was experiencing things out late.. LSU could have put up 50+ on Eastern Michigan, but they ran the clock out inside the red zone.. same thing with south carolina..
winning big is absolutely irrelevant.. there are so many examples i could point to, but don't even have the energy at the moment. several teams have won big and wind up folding.. look at a&m last season..
what matters most.. is running the football well and shutting down the run. period. LSU does both.

You are the smart one. We need to smeer someone show them that the Tigers are tough and can run up a big score. One lucky fake feild goal is the only reason we won, Florida damn near won us.

Good gosh man.. people knew that was going to be a dog fight.. and I appreciate our efforts in that game. Again, if not for ST we blew them out.. Regardless we always answered back, even after the mistakes.. That's a huge sign of a great team.. the game was still never in doubt. aside from the early gifted TD.. when did we ever trail in this game?
