Would the conference make A&M move the game from Thursday to Saturday? Joe A has already said that the Saturday-Thursday turnaround was one of the issues with Nov 19.

Also, would it be heresy to offer Presbyterian @ S Alabama a spot on the SEC network as a sign of gratitude?

They buyout is way too big for the SEC to handle. It's not happening.

Which buyout? there's 2 teams to buyout and possibly a TV contract to buy out. But the SEC can pimp out the Iron Bowl as a replacement.

The uprising would be epic in this community, as it should be if that happened! Nov 19 is the worst option.

LSU ticket costs and TAF fees, parking passes, concessions... not to mention all the lost revenue to the BR community.

Plus its senior day, think of all the travel that's already been planned and payed for just for that reason alone from players friends and parents. Also LSU fans who have booked this game already, plus Univ S Alabama fans, etc.

No buyout. Either move the cocktail party or UF forfeits.

They are solely responsible for this mess. Either they risk a loss on the field on the 29th or they take the loss via forfeit.

more then just the buyout fee. what about the refund in ticket prices and other lost revenue? Should LSU have to eat that lose? In the event the SEC reimburses LSU then next year there will be less money to distribute to the other conference members. I don't see that sitting well with the other schools.

If the SEC picks any date for the game . I would tell them " great we will be in Tiger Stadium waiting for you"
