I don't really care but the next coach has to have a clue about one side of the ball. I don't like this model where the head coach has never schemed on either side of the ball.

problem is due to the timing of our investigation, IF it results in the firing of O, I would say the A List candidates will be gone.

Coach O will not be fired.....he will be given a chance to correct this year...however, look for two oc's to be gone and the DC....look for Will Muschamp come to salvage this defense and he will for sure!!

As good as Freeze might be at LSU, there would be a zero percent chance LSU would hire him after firing a coach for Title IX stuff. Optics couldn't be salvaged.
I'd be fine with just going an getting Joe Brady back honestly, but dude is probably going to be an NFL head coach in a couple years.

None of them will take a job with an open Title IX investigation AND an open NCAA investigation (pending approval of our scholarship reductions). Until all of that is completely resolved, we aren’t hiring a big-time coach.
