Chip Kelly would be a home run hire.

But, that's why you can't use this website as validation of anything. Your opinion on Kelly is a great example.

This is marketing and not politics. Money is being spent and the continuation of the spending is a key element here.

how would they go about doing it?
they would talk to many BIG MONEY donors...because that is what funds the program. If donors start threatening to withhold money that could lead to change, but no, they shouldn't be making changes by reading this message board!

Focus groups are sometimes wrong.

Highly paid decision makers are there to out-think the public....and do things fast.

Your post is pretty much why the opinions of opposing team's fans are worthless as you would be making the same post regardless of the coaches being linked to the job. We get it, you are just a contrarian which is a shtick that has never been done before. Congrats Ethan or should I call you Original Ethan?

I sincerely wish that there was some way for them to contact the Football Season Ticket Holders and take a vote.

Let the season ticket holders vote on whether to make a change at head football coach at this time.

Put a voting card in the gates with a drop box at several places at the stadium

The PosiTigers that have always defended Coach Miles by regarding each criticism of him as a vicious personal attack have always been the internet bullies toward those with a different view.

But here's news for them: Coach Miles's poorly-coached football teams will no longer be tolerated.

The fans themselves are drama queens.

And yet they are open-minded enough to let the likes of you post your dismal opinions.

Why would LSU or any school do such a monumentally stupid thing? Why would they want to try and get a public opinion when the process itself of getting a public opinion could affect the potential move?
