Would you want them too?

Personally I'm torn on retiring numbers but it wouldn't bother me in this case.

How the frick is it ridiculous to retire the number of the winningest pitcher in LSU history who postponed a pro career to return to LSU, throw the first no hitter since 1979 and lead his team to Omaha (hopefully anyway)?

Just what is "ridiculous" about that? Some of yall motherfrickers need to remove the dicks from your asses.

In the first two games how many innings did he go without allowing a hit?

What if they win the SEC title but no NC? Let's say they have a good showing in Omaha and poche gets a win there. Still on board with retiring the number? Cause I am.

We've had about 20 ace pitchers lead us to Omaha. We don't have 20 retired numbers.

We've had 6 ace pitchers lead us to a national title. None of their numbers are retired.

If it were up to Tigerdroppings, LSU would have to start wearing triple digits from retiring the numbers of every good player.
