SEC tournament champs.
Florida is SEC regular season champ.
both are good.
Its like if LSU won the SEC basketball tournament championship, but didnt win the NCAA's. real good but not great.
let's face it. with a 4-12 record on the road in the SEC, LSU was not a great team this year. Winning the SEC tournament was a great accomplishment for the team.

It's a well known fact that alot of coaches don't give conference tournaments much weight. Look at Texas for example. They dominated the big xii all season during conference play. I think they won every single series and alot of them were sweeps. Then they get into the big xii tourney and go 0-3. Something tells me it wasn't a choke job but more so augie just doesn't care about a conference tourney title. However after saying all this I am glad the tigers won the sec tourney. It did take a bite outta the disappointment of this season.

Can you put a price tag on being in the middle of bama country, playing them for the championship, beating them and wathcing the all the gumps walk out with a discouraged pouty fricking look on their face?

I'm pretty sure I'd rather give up the SEC championship to be in be Florida, South Carolina, Bama, Auburn, Arkansas, or Vandy's shoes right now.
