If Nabors was draft eligible, do you think he’d currently be graded higher than Boutte?

You think Nabors is a first round draft pick right now?

No. If Boutte works I think he will be a star in the NFL. If Nabors works I think he will be a serviceable NFL receiver and have a solid career. I think Boutte is going to thrive in the NFL.

Why will boutte thrive in the nfl over Nabors? Just curious of your thought process.

Because to me, Nabors is head and shoulders above boutte from an actual football playing point of view

Because he remembers footage of Boutte two years ago. And that’s what sticks in folks’ minds.

Meanwhile Nabors did well this year. He produced Boutte and Jenkins Stats combined.

If JJ & Jamarr were in the same draft class, would you grade Jamarr higher?

The guy just came off of a pretty major injury, and it’s not like he exactly had a gun slinger throwing the ball to him this year.

Even then, in 2 less games played nabors only has 15 more grabs, 300 more yards, and the same amount of touchdowns. Far from head over heels production over boutte.

On 3rd & 8 with a DB in tight coverage, who are you throwing a ball to? Because when push came to shove, this coaching staff and QB trusted Nabors to make the grab.

How many 4th down passes went Nabors' way vs Boutte?

It would 100% depend on how Boutte does at the combine.

Nabors has never looks as good as Boutte does at his best. He looks better thisnyear but still not mind blowing.

Boutte has shown insanely high ceiling.

First of all FFS it’s NabErs

And yes, right now he’s by far our best receiver. Now could Boutte regain some of that explosiveness he clearly lost after snapping off his ankle? I hope so.

If you were the gm, who would you take if you had to choose between the two? Remember the draft is also based on potential, not what have you done for me lately...

If Boutte would have transferred to Alabama like he wanted to, he would be the first WR off the board.

I would take Boutte. He has never played in a real passing offense. He is great off the line & and has the long speed to be a great dual threat WR in the league

Is it still a 100% lock that Boutee leaves after this year? His draft stock has to have tumbled.

Yes he is a 1st round draft pick.

Surely Ohio State fans aren’t this dumb & say this stuff about Smith-Njigba
