I'd respect Miles a ton if he negotiates a smaller buyout and retires.
He has won a lot of games and deserves respect and a nice send out from the TS crowd.

I can't fathom Miles retiring after this season, especially before the end of the regular season. I would also be disappointed if he was fired after this season as well.

You guys have done nothing but trash this man since the Bama game and now you want to cheer him? If I Were Miles I Would give our home crowd the finger and tell them to frick off. He deserves respect but al the fans that want him gone deserve NOTHING!

I already respect Miles a ton. I would be the loudest person cheering for him on Saturday if the rumors are true. Such a great coach. Sad ending.

Agreed. I was there and it was done very well. Ironically several VT alumni there thought that Miles was #1 candidate for them.
