Tell me one quarterback at any level who likes to get hit? Just one, please, please, oh comeon don't keep me waiting! What an idiot statement. If Met has done one thing it is prove he is willing to stand in there and deliver the ball even if he is going to get hit.

Way to take one small line out of context. I am not questioning mets toughness. He can be a great quarterback if he wants to be. I am saying if there is any pressure at all his accuracy and internal clock get him to rushed his footwork goes to shite and his accuracy goes down. As the game slows for him this will all improve.

However I do remember at least 2 to 3 times on third down in the auburn game were met broke the pocket on runs and missed first downs by less then a half a yard. If he just pushes a little harder and does not trip on his own feet when forced to move our drives continue.

SCREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How about the quick slant on the blitzing side. How about the quick shot to the TE over the middle. Those plays make a DC think twice about bringing the house...

I'm not sure Les thinks the screen pass is part of big boy football.

Mett is tough, not scared and usually accurate. He is also the slowest moving college football player I've ever seen. He takes too long and by the time he's done dropping back and hitching, the play is all but wasted. Our run game will steadily decline because opponents know this. I'm ready to see a change. I'm not blaming everything on Mett but his weak points are a horrible combination with the teams weak areas in my humble opinion.
