If LSU played Bama much earlier in the season

Would it help or hurt LSU? I think it would be great to get the game early enough to bounce back if we lost. Why couldn't LSU lobby to get that game changed?

I don't want to play Bama off a bye any more. The bye seems to help them far more get rested up.. and we did nothing creative with the extra time..

Just tired of defeat to Bama.

would it help to play them early? haha. Look LSU has a more talented team than Alabama. But Alabama has a more talented defensive line than anyone in the country... with tons of depth... so you aren't going to wear it down. So it does not matter when we play them. As long as Miles is content to run straight into a brick wall to the tune of 1.6 yards per carry then "when" is not the issue.
