Then let him go on a pay for performance payout where he has an 85k base to keep the lights on in his big old house and he only gets paid another penny if the offense, defense, ans ST hit metrics EVERY game...and if he wins the West. Other than that...no improvemwnt, no pay. Then I would be willing to say go ahead and let him run his shite show management style another year. Put some frickin' skin in the game Les....the rest of us have every year that we pay hard earned dollars to show up to support you.

I know it won't happen.... just pissed that the rest of us have to do actual work and show results to keep our jobs and Les just sits in his office and runs the same offense no matter the opponent and waits for direct deposit with no conaequencea.
Just wish we could hold his feet to the fire instead of coddling the man and his antiquated program.

Hey Walking the Earth, do you have to do a good job to get paid, or are you 19 and still having Mom and Dad pay your tuition and expenses? Most of the world doesn't get a free ride for doing a shitty job and geting worse year after year....
