The Admin. has to come out and publicly get behind Miles for sure, 2nd they have to give him the money to go get 3 coaches a good off cord and give him full control of it,3rd get a real proven def cord 4th get a real special teams cord. Keep everyone else in place. That is the only way it will work at this point just my 2 cents.

It doesn't matter what OC you hire if he doesn't have full control of the position and our OC doesn't. Miles has to let go of the reigns and let the OC do his job.

Thomas McGaughey and Adam Henry will probably be available when the 49ers clean house this offseason. Both would be welcomed back with open arms.

Agreed, he has to let his coaches coach, but the main thing is if he stays the Admin has to come out publicly and get behind him, or no coach will want to come coach here with him here.
