Jennings has been given ample time to win or in this case "lose" the job! If he transfers due to fan booing or critique the blame should land right on Miles head as he is the one who put him in the position for that to happen. Miles could have alleviated the issue by doing the obvious much sooner. Any repercussions should fall on Miles!

I could see if you said Jennings doesn't like Harris, which would seem somewhat plausible given that Harris is the more outgoing/ PR-savvy guy that a lot of ppl have been fawning over since spring. but I don't see as much reason for Harris to dislike Jennings. I'd imagine he doesn't like Jennings starting over him, but not so much him personally disliking Jennings.

That must not happen. It would deplete us. Les has to do all he can to convince him to stay, and be a backup.
