You be the judge.

Side by Side comparison. Mute if you don't want to hear both songs played.

ETA: Some of the play matchups are uncanny. Like @ 1:25.

He seems like he was more elusive than LF, but LF seems to run with more power and is a more balanced RB at this point.

IDK, looking side by side, they both have really impressive moves.

AP just seemed like he was more apt to avoid contact, whereas LF didn't seem to care to run a few people over.

no pass, no care

ETA: Did he never get tackled in high school?

Why does it seem like the guys AP played against were much smaller than him?

buga played 5A against some of the best teams in the state/country

I think he's going to take the job of "starter" away from the two vets very quickly

Very good point. Much better competition than AP went against

Damn! He does remind me of Fournette in HS. Hope it translates in college the same.

I'd never seen the two videos alongside each other at the same time.
It's interesting how similar they look. Not a lot of juking and dancing, just one or two quick, stiff moves and finding space.
To be honest, the biggest difference I see between them is that LF outweighs AP by about 30 lbs in the same point in high school.

That fact alone should terrify opponents.

The biggest difference I see is Leonard F. caught more passes. LF is the more complete back at this stage. He also is carrying 30 more pounds and has similar speed. And the competition is very evident. LF competed against better teams and players.

I think it is also worth noting that LF played on both sides of the ball, which AP never did in high school.
I would think playing LB would help LF in reading defenses, but that may be a stretch.

AP looks faster and more elusive. Doesn't mean LF isn't a badass and has NFL talent.
