We could hire Charlie Strong. Aranda is fantastic and does a great job but he can be replaced. Smart left and Bama plugged in a new guy who produced great results.

Saban is a defensive mastermind. He hires a DC to run his defense + new wrinkles
Orgeron is not a guru. He will rely on paying someone a lot of money to run their own defense
