If / When Miles leaves...

What happens to Wilson, Raymond, and Coach O? Does the new coach retain them for recruiting. I would hate to see Wilson go. Especially if another SEC team picked him up.

New coach brings in his own staff. All of the coaches you named are replaceable. Winning championships is the best recruiter.

So this inevitably happens if Miles stays 5 more years anyway?....We sit through 5 more mediocre seasons and as his retirement approaches players stop committing because it's common knowledge that the end is near (spurrier, Mac Brown). Ending it now could be the only hope at avoiding a major drop off in results.
