How many times have we been world beaters for the first 3/4ths of a season and completely flatlined in the regional, super regional or omaha?

At least it has potential to be something different this time around. It takes 1 game for the momentum to swing in favor of a baseball team.

You keep telling yourself that when they're in that snake pit in Lafayette for the regional.

So you have more confidence in ULL making a run the rest of the season and hosting a regional than LSU?

Because im sure you know ULL has an RPI in the 80s and a 5-3 conference record with a 15-12 overall record. They are going to have to fight to make the tourney at all.

A team composed of small baller's that cant hit, a challenged bullpen, and Paul Mainieri. My confidence is overflowing.

I've given up on the rant Josh and so should you. The vast majority don't know shite about college baseball but spew their idiotic shite anyway.

Not worth our time

Doesn't matter as lately we seem to flatline in Omaha every time we get there

So getting embarrassed week after week is going to lead to a longer postseason?

That's rich.

Says the plug who's own team is 19-11 with a 4-4 conference record. Swept by Stanford and Texas Tech. You're an idiot.

I've seen some stupid threads over the years, but this one may take the cake.

You are a fricking idiot.

Please explain. Last year's team was 4-5 at this point and earned a national seed. I agree with him. Do good enough right now to stay at the top half of the conference then find a groove and ride it out thru the end. Baseball is all about hot and cold streaks. Some longer/shorter than others. I'd rather them work out their kinks right now then go on a rampage. Even though we lost yesterday, everyone should be encouraged by Walker's performance. The bats need to come around. I believe they can and will.

You want me to explain why winning is better than losing?

Cone on, his logic is the hope the team gets it together closer to tourney time; have you really totally lost faith in the players??

Do you even watch full seasons of baseball? How often does a team click on all cylinders from game 1 thru the CWS? The OP's point is that he'd rather see the team struggle now and win later than win now and struggle when it really counts. Sure, I'd like to see them win every game or close to it but that's not how baseball works.
