I agree, but I cannot decide in which form. Maybe as the Stay Puft Marshmello Man...

He seems to have a pretty sweet 6 month a year gig at ESPN that likely pays significantly more than any job at LSU he is qualified for would pay.

Maybe so but the traveling has to get old. According to one of his former HS coaches, ESPN offered him a permanent show but he didn't want to move his family. He's made his money and it's not like LSU would be paying him chump change.

Me too (especially the part about being the head coach), until he started hating on the police, white fans and Baton Rouge. Screw him, oh wait, he's already done that to himself.

What job are you talking about? If he's on the coaching staff, he'd travel a lot more recruiting. Only this time it would be in his car in some shithole town in bfe rather than flying 1st class to Bristol every week or so. And the only job he could do on staff--db coach--is currently occupied by someone who is more qualified and who is arguably the best position coach we have on staff.

I love Ryan Clark. I just don't see anyplace you could shoehorn him into the program. Now, if you're talking some admin/AD/media role, yea, that would be a huge pay decrease from the ESPN gig.

I think he would be a nice replacement for Moreau. I don't think he does ESPN on the weekends.

But he's one of the only reasons I ever listen to Mike & Mike on my commute to work....

Then that kinda crosses out a job where you recruit 8 months out the year, most of which is traveling.
