If it was such a “close QB race” why not give nuss a chance to make something happen. Especially when it was obvious to everyone in the stadium that #5 was not going to get it done. I’m talking when we were only down 10. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

Because maybe the back up is a lot worse than Daniels and the coaches know it because they watch them 24/7.

Because we’ve seen Nuss in a game and he’s worse than Daniels

Nothing about the QB situation makes sense. BK knows qBs...right?

That’s incredibly sad- we were talking at the tailgate after the game and if that’s the case then there is 0 reason why You don’t give Walker Howard the reigns next year. It felt like I was watching Anthony Jennings out there

Don’t forget, man. We started a wide receiver at QB in our bowl game last year. We’ve been in very dire straits.

The same coaches that continue to put Jones, Penn III and Weeks over Perkins? Those same coaches?

This is how a reporter should phrase this question.

Are you arguing that you know more about football than them?

That “super tight” QB competition in the preseason looks more and more like a “how can I keep Nuss from transferring” play.

The head scratcher for me is how Brennan was behind these two guys… unless he never recovered fully.

From the little we saw from him, he had a very strong arm and wasn’t afraid to give their guys a chance.

And pretty much every WR or TE over Bech.

I would like to see a change made and then go back to him if it doesn't work out.

You people keep saying this. Maybe it wasn’t. A coach isn’t going to say “we only have one option because our other QB sucks.”

Better stop that expectation if Walker next year. Daniels will be QB1 until he uses up his eligibility

If that’s the case then we have a coaching staff that has repeatedly lied to us. ‘Close race, tough decision”.
