I really think it was time for a change, coach on coach O!

was watching some DL drills and coach O had to get on the guys for not hustleing back being ready to go for their drill. It looks like Coach O is trying to put a little hustle behind the muscle! Just watching him interact with his players during the drill,how he talks them up ,how could you not want to bust your arse for the guy!
