Bro...he coaches at fricking western Michigan. He may be a good coach but he has to prove himself against some stiffer competition to be considered for a job like lsu. Let be realistic...he needs to go coach at a power 5 program and have success there to even be in the conversation. He has a way to go before that happens.

He has gm had multiple conference losses every season yet has lead them in recruiting for the past four seasons?? Now in what year 4 or 5 he is getting by in a weak conference with superior talent.

He went like winless year one? Or maybe won 1 game? And people like to nitpick the other coaches losses..

Lol not that I want Fleck but if we base every hire off of the rants stipulations for HC, we wouldn't have many options on the table, very little. My goodness I hope they don't go out and get Jimbo! Would prefer Herman or coach O at this point, maybe even Cutcliff. Bring his offense here with this defense and his program building skills and we may have something. Herman is just the perfect match if it's not coach O IMO. We would have two of the brightest youngest most fierce guys from the offensive and defensive sides. Two of the most innovative and one happens to be a HC right down the road in Tx a place we recruit very often that is filled with QBs! A position we most desired here for years and he's one of the best at preparing them! Could you imagine some of the QBs he could bring here and then Aranda would be just building this defense into a fundamental football wall of purple pain! GT
