I know one thing, I am certain that Jimbo Fisher is not the coach that LSU needs for the future. There is something about him that I do not trust as a leader of LSU's football team. Everyone knows how he handled J. Winston, and of course yesterday his powerful four and five star recruits got hammered by Louisville. I wash my hands from Jimbo.

I know it is premature because the season is far from over. Who knows, maybe we will run the table, but most of our fan base believes the Tigers will lose three maybe four games. If that happens, coach Miles will be out the door. If that happens, my wish list for a new coach is as follows: Dantonio, Herman, Petrino, Kiffin. Not in my wildest dreams would I thought of having Petrino, or Kiffin leading the Bengals. I've changed. I want discipline on our team. PERIOD. You win championships with talent, and discipline on and off the field. Coach Miles teams historically are sloppy.

1 out of the 4 names you listed is a possibility.

I agree to some extent. Although I was ready for Miles to go last year, I was always lukewarm on Jimbo. The debacle with Louisville yesterday completely turned me off of him. I'm still all in for Herman.

Jimbo is the best fit for the Tigers with his pro style and his QB coaching is what this team deserves. Really think he has mentally checked out at FSU and would still come.

I dont understand why people keep throwing out Kiffen's name.
He is a POS that had failed everywhere but under Saban and left a shite stain along each step. I'm stuggling to find an OC under Saban that hasn't been successful.

Go shite in your hand with that suggestion.

So that loss to the 3-9 Ga Tech team last year didn't give you any inkling to what Jimbo was capable of in some games?

This whole premise that guys have that certain coaches are perfect and incapable of not preparing their teams to play is laughable.

It's weird that this is a defense of him. Did they stop paying him?

Well, let's see...

Dantonio is almost 70, too old.

Petrino has it made at Louisville, and like a lot of you say about Jimbo, why would he come to the SEC where it's harder to win? His contract also has a huge buyout if he leaves, and he lied to the AD at Arky. F King would never approve his hire.

Kiffin, lol.

And nobody knows if Herman would even want the job, but he will be at the top of the list. I just find it hilarious that Petrino is a known liar and scumbag, yet you want him over Jimbo, because Jimbo's team with a bad OL and freshman QB got smoked by Petrino yesterday. Yeah man, that one CUSA and one Big East title Petrino has won looks so appealing.

You don't trust Fisher, but you do trust Kiffin and Petrino? Contradiction runs deep within you. Herman is possible, but no chance for the others. Let me just add how stupid of a choice Kiffin would be. He's great at what he is right now; that's his ceiling.

Louisville ain't letting Petrino leave to the SEC once again. Bad timing and situation for him as a possibility.

Petrino and Kiffin are coaching pariahs. I'll be the first to admit they are great offensive football minds. However, they leave a path of destruction in the programs they touch. LSU can't afford a long term relationship with these guys.
