I may be biased from watching aTm but I'm not sold on the UH coach.

It was a big adjustment for aTm and it took them a few years to decide they had to play defense. I'd rather have a proven head coach that has done it before.

This obviously excludes Kiffin. For anyone to want him is crazy to me. He's left a wake of losing everywhere he's went.

i honestly dont think people realize how young Kiffin was when he was head coach. He wasnt great but for him to even get a chance at those opportunities is amazing at that age and says a lot about his football mind. His time at Alabama has only confirmed that he is indeed really sharp. He is the best play caller in NCAA football

Well for one, he's not a drunk.

So he has that going for him.

Not to mention, he's a genius and Sumlin is a dumbass.

So, there's that.

A&m didnt have the athletes on defense that lsu does. They didnt have a good dc until chavis. We have a great DC. Keep aranda, bring in herman, and this is powerhouse waiting to happen. Also, his offensive philosophy isnt the same as sumlins

Urban Meyer believes in defense. Tom Herman is from the Meyer coaching tree. You put 2 and 2 together.

Okay a lot of people want Herman but why do people think it's a real possibility?

Where is a credible source that he is even interested and outside of LSU fans most believe he is waiting on the Texas job.

Last LSU has never hired the top rumored, fan choice or the current big name as its head coach.

23. 0. 16. 3.

Those are the points UH has given up in each game so far this season.

While their offense has scored:

33. 42. 40. 64.

So...no games have really been a shootout with the closest being opening week against OU.

No they don't. Texas State scored an entire 3 points on them.

I guess you would prefer Jimbo who lost to Herman and by 40 to Louisville?

Difference between Herman and Sumlin is that Herman's UH squad is actually good at defense.

There is not a salary cap. They can hire a great offensive mind and also have a great defense with a great DC. What makes you think a talent rich Herman team at LSU would not play great defense??
