I know quite a few of those people. Typically UNC fans for basketball (understandable since they grew up in NC), but also Bama fans in football for some strange reason. Of course, they couldn't tell you who coaches Bama basketball

My wife's family is like that. I'm numb to it now. They still get offended when I don't join them in the Bama football dick sucking conversation they always devolve to no matter where the conversation starts.
Fortunately, I've been with my wife long enough to tell them "I'm not sucking Saban's dick today. Maybe tomorrow."
