Let JJ recruit and let Nicki Caldwell coach since she wins with way less talent than her opponents. JJ can't beat the lower end of the division with the talent he has and that's a bad look. I know her X's and O's could get us some wins against the low end of the conference and pull off a couple of upsets (Kentucky)

My AP I work with was Caldwell's roomate in college and she said everyone expects her to eventually take over at Tennessee.
