Why have receivers run those routes? Why call those plays?

That is total bullshite. You might feel sorry for your self maybe. LSU won. In your small minded little selfish world the players, coaches, etc are secondary to your own need to bitch, cry, moan, and complain.

Here is just a little dose of reality, sparky. The players are just fine with the win.

Now you can spend the rest of the week (likely the rest of your meaningless life) obsessing on how the LSU football team didn't meed YOUR desires never realizing that the program doesn't exist just to make you happy

They put the game in hands of the other team's kicker. A game where they had the better players. It's a good thing that kicker missed, or your stupid argument wouldn't exist.

The "get over it, it was a win" opinions are curious to me. This game was alarming b/c we dominated a game we should have lost! The nonchalant way people are saying "move on" is strange. Realize that but for 2 occurrences at the end of the game that were COMPLETELY out of the control of LSU, State would have walked away the victor in a game LSU seemingly bagged in the first quarter. MSU taking a delay of game and the kicker missing a 52 yarder is what allows some to get on the board today and say things like "we won, move on". That's a terrible way to look at that game. No one is saying we have to win by half a hundred every game, but it's also ok if we're not eating rolaids at the end of every game. Think of it this way...most scholarship kickers will nail a 47 yarder. They used their "long distance" kicker because the FG was 52 with the delay penalty. What if it had remained 47 yds? Does the more reliable kid kick? Does the long distance kid have to compensate less for the longer distance and therefore kick it more accurately? What people who are upset with this win are saying is there is a difference in winning and not losing.

I doubt any of the receivers are celebrating today.

How do you think team sports work?
Thank god the players aren't as self absorbed as you think they are otherwise they would be despised by their teammates.

I've heard it all now. The receivers aren't happy because they didn't get enough catches.

Also, he made a few questionable decisions on pass plays, throwing for short gains no where near the sticks

Harris played a great game and his passes were crisp all night. The short routes are called by Cam and Les and a result of our offense scheme.

To get to the next level being the top 4 and winning the BCS you have to put the game on the QB's shoulders. Harris showed no signs this game that he is not ready to handle the pressure.

This game being close is not due to the players other than the penalties. LSU had a bad call with the pass to # 15 not being over turned and I thought the taunting penalty on # 33 was weak at best but the replays clearly showed all the other holding plays and chop blocks etc were legit and most of them were away from the play and not needed.

LSU coaching staff needs to clean up the penalties and yes coaches can coach penalties out of players.

LSU needs to put the trust in the QB position and LSU will be fine this year and next. If not we wont make it to the final 4

I knew it wouldn't take long for the first game on the road excuse to be pulled out of the bag.

This is the problem with you whining bitches. You try to cross a bridge before you get to it. We won.

The hilarious thing is you all are more upset than the people that actually play the game.

Trolls or idiots. I am leaning towards idiots because they refuse to be crucial of anything he does ...hopefully when CLM retires they will go away.

I love it. Are you insinuating that playing on the road in the SEC is no big deal?

What if Diarse isn't flagged for holding? What if Dupre's catch was ruled complete?BTW, Williams would have had a 1st down when the play was stopped for review.

It is stupefying to me that yall are talking about this game as if it was a one-off kind of thing. As if it's no big deal that Miles went into a shell and almost cost us the game because, in your world, this isn't something that happens multiple times per year.

I just cannot understand Miles. Why would a coach create such a beast of a team and then be afraid to unleash it?

SEC officiating at its finest. Let's not consider reviewing our previous blown call until the next play commences.

State is not a Top 25 team and will not be one at the end of the season, either. They may finish last in the West if Arkansas doesn't. And Arkansas lost to a MAC team.
