He was a great qb and runner in high school the kid is dynamic with the ball in his hands. Dobbs hurt Florida with the read option I think Dillon could execute it well.

If it worked, I would feel pretty good about it.

I've been wanting to see this guy on the field. He was electric in highschool.

For sure I think it could really work if they practiced it

Bad idea IMO. I don't think LSU should be trying things like this right now.

If I was them, all week would be Etling and receivers working on deep routes.

With a new coordinator, I think we have too many things to worry about rather than putting in gimmick plays or a whole new system.

I don't think it is a gimmick play it's pretty simple and it would be easy since Dillon did it in high school

This can probably be said about 80% of the skill position players at major colleges. They're usually the best athletes at their high schools and get put at QB. Doesn't mean it'll translate well to college.

I'm definitely not his father. I have never met the young man in my life

And Brandon Harris was a very good QB in high school. What's your point?

I'm talking about running the wildcat effectively. Harris is not the athlete Dillon is

Dillon will get serious PT next year when we lose Dural and Dupre.

He keeps grinding and he'll be starting.

If they could put together a small package of plays that could catch a defense off guard, why not?

But it would be better if they saved it for Alabama.

We don't need gimmicks. Give him a chance to run back kicks or use him on the jet sweep, but wildcat? Uh no.

That's what I'm think just a small package. Most high schools run the read option a lot so i don't feel like the blocking scheme would be hard.
