How we feel about UK tonight....

Everyone has had this game marked on their calendar and has been ecstatic for the game. It's all anyone has been talking about since the DC hires.
I feel like this is how every fan base feels when they play LSU in football. Even if we aren't favored, they know it's going to be a dogfight.

Hope to god its a dog fight and a hell of a game....but based off of how the tigers have played all year its hard to see a scenario where we come out on top.
I just hope we show up and dont get beat by 30.

I'm worried about their length and ability to get good shots off. They are a huge team and I'm just hoping the two big guys can get some good looks to open up the three for guys like Hornsby and Patterson.

Great contribution to the discussion. Why dont you actually talk about basketball. LSU hasnt given us much to be hopeful for this year. I sure as hell want them to win, but its gonna be a tough night for us to pull it off.

I think LSU comes out playing fast and hard. A little sloppy, but forced Kentucky to make a few turnovers. The PMAC will be booming. Here comes the sad part/reality....I think LSU will be gassed in the second half and Kentucky stretches the lead. Then...tack on a few more points in the final couple of minutes due to fouls and it'll look uglier.

We're going to need a triple double out of TQ and double doubles from M&M to leave this one with a win. Going to be back in forth till 5 minutes left in 2nd with us coming short i feel. I believe though

I certainly have my issues with this team, but LSU hasn't lost to ANYONE by double-digits this year. Even in their losses the games were very tight until the end. While I don't "expect" LSU to win, I'd be really surprised if this game wasn't close in the final minutes.

This is true. But we also have not played a team that is nearly as talented as Kentucky. It would just be very frustrating to see us come out and play the same way we did against auburn last week...and if that happens we damn sure will get beat by double digits tonight.
If Martin and Mickey play physical and STAY OUT OF FOUL TROUBLE and Quartermann plays the way he has in all of our conference wins this will be a close game until the last possession.
