Is there someone I can call to find out if I can go ahead and bring my tailgate trailer to the grass lot across from CEBA next to RV lot?

All depends on how much rain. With what is expected, they may close them off the night before. LSU plans nothing in advance and does a terrible job of communicating so is just assume its gonna be closed. Park by the Ag Center.

LSU will provide updates throughout the day on Saturday about the availability of grass parking lots on campus through its social media platforms - @LSUsports and @LSUfball on Twitter - and on LSUsports.net.
In addition to the public grass parking lot updates, LSU will provide alternate parking options via email for those fans who have season permits in any grass lots closed due to rainfall.

... email received from LSU with regard to grass lot 106. take it fwiw...
Dear Lot 106 Parking Permit Holder,
LSU is reviewing the condition of parking Lot 106 for this weekend’s game versus Auburn. The lot is still saturated from last week’s rainfall and yesterday’s brief rainfall. In addition, the forecast for the next two days calls for additional showers.
We’ve decided to tentatively open the lot Saturday morning and try to park as many vehicles as we can. However, we may close the lot at some point if conditions worsen. We will send another notification if we decide to close the lot before tomorrow.
