How soon will Ronald Martin be replaced at FS?

To be fair, he had a couple of tackles against Kent State that show sign of improvement, but he also had quite a few miss/weak tackle and bad angles (one particularly near the end zone) that really make you miss Eric Reid. Michael Eugene, while he's a bit undersized, has proved himself as a sure tackler and possesses great instincts. Corey Thompson, on the other hand, has prototypical safety body size and has played well on run defense. Let along that fact that Rickey Jefferson has received rave reviews from defensive staff. Clearly Ronald Martin is not playing to the standard, so in your opinion how soon will he be replaced by any of these three at FS?

What both Thompson and Jefferson lack were their experienc, other than that, I don't see why we can't have CT start over Martin. I still like Eugene on the nickel corner spot as he seems a little lost playing FS.

I've thought CT was better all along but with the shoulder problem during FC wasn't sure when he would be ready...but after watching repeat of the Kent game I have to agree CT is ready for the start

It will take him a couple days to run off the field.
Seriously, Martin is one of those guys that I cant imagine playing worse, but safety is a hard position for a fan to judge because we don't know responsibilities, coverages, or others mistakes that put the safety in a bad spot. I still want to see Thompson out there, he just seemed more physical and faster.

lol Corey Thompson is not starting and Jefferson won't either. I think you'll see martin and Eugene rotate at FS.
