I assume with this game most lots will end up full, trying to plan ahead if I don't make it over to campus until mid-afternoon

Probably Pretty fast. Im often surprised how many spots are actually available around the dorms on game days. I used to tell people to park in the hayfield lots but now I tell them to park around Miller and have always had luck finding a spot.

11:30 and your pushing it imo
not saying you wont get a spot, its just going to be a mother fricker getting out for you.
I park as close to river road and one of the exits as I can. Long walk doesnt bother me if it means i dont have to sit in traffic for 2 hours.

It's really not a bad walk to campus from Lake Beau Pre on gameday. It's a nice walk up on the levee and you move faster than the cars stuck in traffic on river road.
