We regained a pulse with our TE coach, and given the offseason I think we would get alot better.

Not unless he gets a complete exhoneration in the offseason.
And I know he's not under criminal investigation, but he needs to be absolved from moral or ethical culpability before we even consider him. The black eye from hiring him under the present circumstances would be hard to sustain.
