I think Blakeney is really good, but needs to work on a lot of areas. Is he really projected to even be drafted?

Being honest, if I am Blakeney and Im projected to go at a decent spot in the draft, I would definitely go. He isn't going to get any better as long as JJ is here.

It's a VERY average class. Other than maybe Mayes, that group collectively didn't have a ton of big-conf offers.

Why is that? There have been a bunch of guys who have improved their games while being here with JJ.
Tim Quarterman was terrible hjs freshman year and improved dramatically from that year.
Jarell Martin made huge,improvements from his freshman season.

frick that. He will be the best player next year. Which means he will lead the team in every category, but become hated by the fans. Would you want to go thru that?

If not NBA I wouldn't be surprise to see him transfer. Hope he stays especially if we have a coaching change

why can't LSU hire a top tier coach? are they too poor? 1.5 million a year on johnny is paying a budget coach.

If your not selected in irst round you ain't got shite. He would do much better coming back and playing a much bigger role for us. He's very likely to work himself in to first round then.

I don't see how AB is supposed to be drafted.
He's a decent shooter (he was 1 of freaking 15 today). I like his athleticism but he needs to get stronger. He also needs alot of work on his handles.
That said he could be great. Coming back could be good. Not that it's Ben's fault but this team just stands and watches far to often.
