If the Dolphins would have hired Les after Nick left they would have won a Super Bowl. He has a proven track record of winning with Saban's players so that means i just used more facts to back up my point than the OP did theirs.

I think he would be a good NFL coach because he can relate to players. He would need to let his OC and DC do their thing.

I say he would win a fair share. He won games with terrible QBs like JJ, AJ and now BH. With NFL caliber QBs he would easily win it all.....
