How many games do we win last year with Canada's offense?

This is a hard hypothetical to pose, since we haven't seen it in full effect yet. But say Miles gets fired in the previous off season and Canada gets adequate time to install it. How do y'all think we would've done? First off if we would've gone with Harris and second off under Danny Etling. The reason I say BH is even though his lack of accuracy caused him to lose his spot in our pro style offense, his feet would be a great asset to Canada's offense.

Really thinking about it. It's so devastating to think about what happened last season. We shot ourselves in the foot every game. We don't throw that interception/have Danny etling start beat Wisconsin, got hosed at Auburn, stayed with Bama and with any QB play beat and/or play calling beat them, and lost the Florida game because of the pick then 99 yard to throw mixed with getting stopped a yard short. Just really unlucky.

It's hard to see LSU losing to Wisc, Auburn and UF with even just a hint of a functioning offense. The defense's performance against Bama was incredible. Still, you can never just assume LSU would have beaten those guys.

With Canada's offense Harris is the starter and we forget Etling is even on the team. LSU easily wins 11 games . Especially considering that the league as a whole was down and LSU had 5 SEC home games.

I would say at least 10. I get where you're coming from, but continuing to look in the rear view mirror is just going to make us miserable for thinking of what we could have accomplished.

This is a new regime, and based on the recruiting so far and the transfers we've gotten commitments from, I think the future is brighter than ever. I think Canada is going to excel with all the weapons we have. He's never had anywhere close to the talent at his disposal as he will here. I haven't been this excited for a football season in awhile.

Unlucky my arse.

Wisconsin outplayed LSU. I'll give them that.

Auburn tried to give the game to LSU. But in typical Miles fashion, he wouldn't take it. On a night when Auburn couldn't find the endzone with a GPS, up 2, they fumble the ball on their own 16 yard line late in the third. Instead of trying to put the dagger in right then and there, Miles plows Fournette up the middle three times before happily settling for a FG to go up one. Oh, he also used a fricking TO, that would have been great to have in their end of game debacle, to draw up a run up the middle, right after....a run up the middle.

LSU was scared to win the Florida game. Down six, you just shredded Florida's defense for ~70 yards to the UF 7. Your QB is having probably his best overall game of the year to that point. He just completed a huge 4th down pass to keep the drive alive and with two TOs and 35 seconds remaining you refuse to throw even one pass into the endzone?

14 or 15.

16 if they would have let us challenge the Browns in the off season.

We easily beat UF, Auburn, and Wisconsin with Canada's offense playing with last year's D. Bama is a toss up, we still might lose but I'd bet we at least get some points on the scoreboard.

If Les is fired, o is never hired. That's the issue.

And Brandon Harris transferred with a chance to go through all of spring and fall with him. Probably because he wasn't going to start for Canada either.

Harris couldn't run the simplified offense much less Canada's. Etling would have us the in playoffs.
