That's what I see....
According to Date 18 coaches have won multiple National Titles. According to date in the last 50 years 72% of the titles have been won by a coach with multiple titles.

TigerChaser lost this argument and is just mad

I nicely pointed out that his reasoning was flawed and instead of debating or recanting he jumps straight to personal attacks. Look at his post history, probably 90% of his posts are calling others dumbasses, stupid, ect.

TigerChaser, you bring nothing to this board but negativity and you appear to greatly overestimate your intelligence.

Also, regardless of if UT or Bama wins tomorrow, you can add another coach to that list which means 38 of the last 51 MNC's (75%)have been won by a coach with multiple MNC's.

18 in 50 years really isn't that impressive. If you had said 2 in 50 years or even 5 in 50 years that would be a big deal.

25 in 50 years would mean that almost half of the coaches that won a NC won another one at some point down the road.

last 50 yds? even more telling is recently. 50 yrs ago college football was very different and much easier to win multiple NC's. hell, bama includes NC's awarded by fly by night obscure sports publications. not to count unlimited schollies and recruiting being wide open. if the boosters would pony up, you got the player. to me, the relevent period of time should be the last 25 yrs.

You are not reading it right, 18 coaches with multiple MNC's in the last 50 years means that at least 36 of the last 50 were won by coaches with multiple MNC's. If that number of coaches were 25 in 50 years, then every one of the MNC's would have been won by coaches with 2.

Out of the last 50 or more years, only 18 have managed to do this...the odds of winning a national title year in and year out are small.Despite what the gumps think, no team will dominate college football with titles in the future...

Well keep the coaches coming in!!
