LSU: OT loss to Bama, then win out in huge fashion with Fournette taking the Heisman.

Bama: Loss to UF in SECCG

UF: Bad loss to FSU and win in SECCG

How can you predict this?

quote:

Bama: Loss to UF in SECCG

Then this?

quote:

UF: Bad loss to FSU and win in SECCG

Then this?

This is ridiculous. Win the SEC and then LSU earns a spot in the playoff. Things like the Alabama 2011 mulligan shouldn't happen and it wouldn't be right to see LSU do it either.

While it sucked for LSU, bama was definitely a better team than Ok. state. If LSU had one loss and it was to Bama at Tuscaloosa and Bama won out I could see LSU being ranked above any other 1-loss power 5. With that being said I'm kind of tired of all the pussyfooting around Bama. LSU is more than capable of beating them. We should've beat them last year with an 8-5 team. Man up and get it

NEVER!!! LSU and Les will not whine and cry our way in. If we do not win our division, we do not deserve to be in the national playoffs AND NEITHER DID BAMA IN 2011!!!!

Not based on the resume that year. Ok st had one close loss in double overtime and it was days after the plane crash that killed the woman's basketball coaches

Even if LSU loses a close one both LSU and Bama could be in the playoff depending on what other top 5 teams do.

Only Bama can bama its way into the playoffs.

MSU-OSU winner
Baylor-TCU-OK State winner
LSU-Alabama winner

Leaves one spot

UF wins out until SECCG; FSU beats Clemson, and either Notre Dame or Stanford lose before their game at the end of the year and the 2-loss team entering that game defeats the 1-loss team.

If LSU loses to Alabama but all this happens, LSU is the No. 4 team.

With this scenario Bama might Bama it's way in, but LSU would be SOL. The only way LSU might get in without winning the SEC is if we lose a close game to Bama and they WIN the SEC (and i'm still not sure LSU would get the Bama treatment in that scenario)

possible, but unlikely. You would need teams to Start dropping games. Like FSU win the acc with 2 losses. Have Michigan win the big 10 with 2 losses. Have ou win the big 12, hope Stanford loses to nd but wins the PAC 12.

in that scenario you might have sec winner, ND, LSU and OU. all teams with 1 loss.

You need to ask how BAMA can BAMA their way in. We are definitely taking the better ball club into the contest.

Seems like the Bama fans have taken over this board.
