Does the media outcry of Miles getting fired and fan base wanting to keep CLM hurt the strides that were made since Saban came? Could this potentially put LSU back to the Dinardo years. Les is a great guy and didnt deserve the way this happened but a change was needed. I am afraid that the hope for next season is wishful thonking and another 3-4 season puts us back to being a mediocre football program.

Miles coaching scared the last several years has hurt LSU. I hold out slim hopes he will change his ways, but I realize that is probably wishful thinking.

Until 2019 more than likely or, Beyond depending on how far we continue to slip under Miles. Hey maybe he'll wake up and completely overhaul the offense like Bob Stoops, but I doubt it.

Today's big irony: Les Miles fans, who are unfazed by shittastic game performances, are afraid that bad publicity will hurt his program.

It might hurt us a bit until about 11am Tuesday. Maybe.

Some say that the last two weeks will scare Les Miles and force him to change his offensive philosophy.

I would argue the opposite. I think the outcome of the last two weeks actually emboldens him.

It's going to hurt recruiting, and already is. It was a horrific message to them. What did anyone really expect was going to happen?
