how hard is it to buy one ticket for baseball games

i'm just heading to LSU this weekend w/o tix. I just gotta be there for at least one game against the hated aggys'.
if I arrive a couple hours early and "patrol" outside the gates are the odds good that i'll be able to buy a single?

There is a guy who tailgates in the Homerun Village lot out of his truck on the third base side who usually has some tickets for sale.
Inside it is gonna be packed with SRO patrons lined up 5 and 6 deep on the concourse.

See my post directly above yours. If anyone will have grandstand (Green or Gold Section)tickets for sale it will be the guy tailgating from the pickup in Homerun Village.
I am not seeing any on the TD Ticket Exchange. There are few tickets listed on the LSUSports.net site in the Ticket Marketplace but none in the grandstand area.
All of theirs are in the right outfield stands near the corner.

If you want to be in the ballpark this weekend, I wouldn't be real picky. It's gonna be a tough ticket. We don't get #1 vs #2 in The Box very often.
