Number 13 LSU was 2-0 this week.
LSU is 24-4 overall.

Teams that had a loss this week:

3. Stanford, 4th loss this season.
4. Iowa, 4th loss this season.
6. North Carolina St, 4th and 5th losses this season.
7. USC, 5th loss this season.
9. Oregon St, 5th loss this season.
10. Kansas St, 5th loss this season.
11. Colorado, 4th and 5th losses this season.

Also, Virginia Tech is ranked number 8 with a record of 23-4 and LSU beat VT by 18 points earlier in the season.

Don’t worry, this week ESPN’s bracketology will still have LSU going as a 4 seed and they won’t even be the highest 4 seed.

I would say 9th or 10th in the AP and move up to a 3 seed.

The polls do not matter, its what the committee thinks. We got another quad 1 win on the road vs TN today and lots of ranked teams dropped games, including some bad losses (Kansas St)

They will release one last sneak peak of the seedings of the top 16 this Thursday. After that we won't know the official seedings until after conference tournaments, March 17

LSU's end of the year schedule sets up nice before the SECT playing two of the weakest teams in the conference this week

LSU has moved up in the AP poll exactly one time this entire season. Only one week has the AP moved them up.

So this should be the second week this season. But who knows?

Iowa will move from 4 to 4.5. NC St lost twice by double digits this week so they should tumble. Oregon St lost to a bad team so we should jump them but I wouldn't hold my breath.

The commentators today seemed pretty dumbfounded that LSU has remained on the 4 line and weren’t expected to move up or down regardless of the outcome of the game today. One of them said a solid 3. I think (depending on how the next couple weeks play out) we end up a 2 or 3.

Status quo. LSU stays at 13. A couple of teams above them drop below. A couple of teams behind them move above.

If recent history holds, they probably don't move up much.

Polls don't really matter but it seems like LSU punished much harder than other teams for their losses and not really rewarded for winning.

The media has decided that KM is a cancel candidate. She has given them little ammunition to get her. The petty have tried officiating and out of context quotes to ferment an agenda. KM just wins. Cancel culture does not like legitimate successful people. Her team gets discounted but the cream does rise to the top.

Way overrated. Lose Clark and they basically have nothing. Can't say that about the Lady Tigers.

voter polls are irrelevant. The only ranking that matters is the selection committee’s seedings at the end of the year.

Ignore all silly voter polls.

Great point. Guess we will see what the media thinks about them now. She's about to put the pieces in place to make a move.

I've noticed how few SEC women's BB teams are ranked in the Top 25. Their present ranking pretty accurately reflects upon their strength of schedule.

The Coaches Poll had us at 10 last week. They don't have the inherent bias some media members do.

you think coaches actually fill out those polls?

The coach gives that task to some admin on their staff, who probably spends 5 minutes on it.

That's why these voter polls are silly, and should be ignored.

AP ranking is a joke! Especially the rankings that came out today!

It doesn’t matter if they are the last team in, nobody wants to play this team in the post season. Especially if HVL peaks at the right time.

I really never bother with the polls. All I now bother with is the top 16 that the NCAA put out a couple weeks ago. They had us as a 4-seed. We haven't lost since. They had Kansas State and Oregon State as 3-seeds and both lost yesterday, and Oregon State has lost twice since.

That opens the door for us to move up to a 3-seed when the NCAA puts their shite out again this Thursday.

LSU should be a 2 seed

I don’t care what excuse anyone tries to make for a weaker non conference which did include two games against top 12 teams.

Anyone that watched the South Carolina/LSU game knows that LSU is far better than a 4 seed.
