Out of the top 10...why would a team in the top 10 be in the top 10 if they can't beat teams in the top 10

Dont really care about polls...they mean nothing. and its too early in the season to have them IMO

maybe you should come up with some names and resumes man. PM has one hell of a resume. he's not skip bertman but who else is?

now you're talking. seriously, just making a statement without offering some meaningful solution is wasting time.

I could give you names of guys i think are better but i dont want PM gone yet.

Schlossnagle, corbin, and O'Connor are imo better, not sure if any would come here. Corbin has turned us down before. Also think guys like cannizaro and dean are rising stars but they need to build better resumes. Think cannizaro will be really good at state

O'Connor had like 5 first rounders on his team last year and couldn't win a championship.

Okay?

And corbin had the knock of not being able to get to omaha with his stacked teams and 1st round pitchers a few years ago until he did. Now no one really questions him.

Too much parity to get there all the time

We were in the 60s in RPI coming into the weekend. After going 1-2 this weekend we are now in 20s. This weekend didn't hurt us one bit. 75% of RPI is your opponents and opponents opponents which is why we jumped so much this weekend. LSU is just fine and definitely a top 5 team in the country

we won't drop out of the top 10. A loss to the #1 team and a 1 run loss to the #10 team isn't going to drop LSU 8+ spots in the polls. Baseball doesn't work like that

This. anyone who thinks differently is a fair weather fan who doesn't follow baseball regularly.

They won't drop below #8 in a single poll tomorrow. You won't see movement of 5+ spots until SEC play comes around unless we drop a weekend series to an Army/Air Force caliber team which isn't happening.

This shite should be bannable IMO. Dude has an opinion--maybe it's ridiculous, but it doesn't mean he's not a fan. Grow up.

Difficult to judge at this point.

-LSU is 4-4 against top 25 (Baseball America 4/3/17)
Is 1-4 against current Top 10.

Lost twice to UNO
Lost to Tulane
Lost to Mcneese

Swept #25 Maryland at home
Maryland is 3-6 against top25.

Estimated guess: ranking for LSU ~ 20-24.
