How does CLM hold practices?

I wonder what really goes on in practice? This team is full of veterans yet they play like freshmen.

The O-line can't make their blocks, the receivers can't get open or catch it when they do. The TEs makes stupid penalties, miss blocks and never gets open. QBs can't read defenses, miss wide open receivers and can't run a 2 minute offense.

The defense outside of Key rarely gets gets pressure on the QB, miss assignments, miss tackles and rarely force turnovers. We have several NFL DBs and rarely get interceptions. It seems like we play soft until the other team gets inside the 20.

We have gone through several coordinators since CLM has been yet they have shown the same problems year in and year out. He must never truly turn anything over to his coordinators.

With out a doubt it is time for him to go now. If he stays until the end of the season we will lose 3 or 4 more games.
