It happens cause your damn offense doesn’t pick up one first down when the D gives them the ball back with 2:22 on the clock.

Aranda is getting way to much slack on this loss.

And he should. He’s not above criticism and he’s the highest paid coordinator in the nation.

I’m not saying fire the guy, but our inconsistent offense did all it could to keep up. It just needed one stop. And Aranda couldn’t do that. Completely out coached in a 5 hour game.

Should have had 11 players lined up 16 yds deep.

Same thing happened vs Clemson way back in 2012. It’s ridiculous.

No. He shut down A&M for the entire second half. A muffed punt was the difference. The defense did enough to win in regulation.

Criticism for Aranda is fine, but he's not first in line for any of it.

Because the DC was on the field making plays, he should hold teams to 0 yards with what he is paid

So it’s never on coaching and always on the players?

I don't give a shite about the yellow line, I'm talking about him catching a low pass on his inside hip short of the line to gain
He wasn't short. I watched the replay on watchespn this morning. Even with the catch on his right hip, he clearly got the 1st down by almost 2 yards.

I’ll say this, the offense let down a couple of times:

1. Not able to get a 1st to put the game away
2. Not being able to score a TD in one of the OTs to win the game.

It’s inexcusable, but what we have settled for with Ensminger. Regarldess, he isn’t the highest paid coordinator in the nation. There are no expectations for him or his unit.

The defensive play on the last play of regulation was horrific.

Rush 3 which lets the WR's get downfield and provides the qb all the time in the world to survey the field, step up and deliver a strike for a 1st down. Easy day.

Because one play defines the defense? They played well until that last drive, maybe it was injuries, maybe it was exhaustion, but they had a lapse.

The real story in your top picture is why do we have two linebackers in the box. Why aren't we playing Umbrella coverage at the first down marker.

It happens and happens more than you think. We should have never been in that situation anyway, A&M should have never got the ball back.

Clemson sold "4th & 18" shirts for 2 years.

The win over LSU sparked them to greatness.

Don't be surprised if we see that happen again.

This is fact. Prior to the muff the D held them to nothing. And until the final drive the whole 2nd half was held

Dude. They we're on the fricking field for twice as many plays as am's offense.

And they were down men in the secondary and fehoko on the fricking line.

They were gassed I'm sure.
