Alleva would hire a dancing monkey that is plagued by red bean farts if he thought it would generate a sustainable increase in revenue.
LSU makes $130 mil a year now. If the monkey could get it to $145 mil average for ten years, it is a done deal.
We, as fans, want wins. Alleva's job is to make money. Winning makes money, making it good for LSU. The antics of Les Miles makes money. Selling extra Championship merchandise makes money.
Alleva will go for what makes money. A by product of this is wins. It will end up good.

Alieva is screwing up but in the end, as long as LSU gets the coach the want nobody will care. They will gladly pay for Alien's mistakes and don't care if the university looks un-classy.
