How bad was ESPN this week?

I know there is the mindset that they were protecting Texas getting Herman by making LSU look bad... but regardless, how can the people who decided what was "reported" at ESPN still have jobs after this week? I really hope the truth on how close we really were with Herman comes out. If we were never really seeing eye to eye, and the price tag was too high-- I hope we hear it so ESPN can look even worse.
I love watching the sports that are shown on ESPN, but other wise... what a joke the network has become. I can't believe they allowed the "could be close to a deal" sources to get airplay. fricking awful excuse for media reporting over this shite.
I'm going to support Coach O, and it looks like the players do, as well.
And even as I write this, it's only 8:30 and no press conferences have actually occurred.
They got me again... Geaux Tigers.
frick man...
