Haven't read much about the tigers this season. But is hickey gonna be the spark off the bench?

Coach is calling the PG job "by committee". Say it how you like, spark off bench or whatever, they will each have around 20 minutes it looks like.

And what ever happened with the freshman disqualification? Obviously it got overturned, but I missed it.

Yea. Overturned it before practice even started so Mickey has been full squad this season.

Also whats the likely hood the ausie and Odo get 2nd string minutes?

Very. Odo probably gets the lions share of the 2nd string minutes, however they will both get some PT.

I still think he'll end up starting as the season goes on, but TQ has a very good chance to prove his worth guarding a very good PG.

He's enrolled in school, but it's seeming less likely that he'll be playing basketball at LSU.

That's exactly the kind of minutes they'll get, but Odo will definitely get more playing time (as he should will his age and time with the team). Odo will be 10-13 and Malone will be 5-8.

Super excited for this year. With that said these marathon games are always packed stadiums and tend to favor the home team. To win lsu has to prove they can handle the other teams run with place rocking. Last year we couldn't. We would just panic.
Everyones a year older now but the freshman can't let atmosphere get to them

Thanks.

Im looking at something like this;

Quarter Hickey (whos got the hot hand)
Stringer Morgan (Mop up)
Martin Coleman (Most minutes off the bench)
Mickey Hammink
O Bryant Odo,Ausie

Quarterman wont be in the game long. Horrible matchup for him.JJ and Hick need to kiss and makeup,we wasting time and a quality win if TQ plays more than 15 mins.

Why is this a horrible matchup for TQ? Because he's going up against a small and quick PG, well he's been doing that all summer long and at every practice against Hickey and more than held his own.Plus its nice to bring in a fresh AH against those tired guards

Very solid point. He'll probably be more ready for than this, than against a big PG like Smart

Will Geauzone have audio/video? My company blocks ESPN3, but I was able to listen to the baseball games last year on Geauxzone.

I don't believe GeauxZone will have this. Maybe audio.

Coach Jones told media this morning that Coleman is ready to go. He was held out of the exhibition game as a precaution. Should be one of the first off the bench.

As long as you have cable provider who supports espn2 you should be fine.
