Historical LSU Football Rosters

Does anybody know where I can maybe find some legit LSU rosters. Google wasn't much help other than fanbase.com and LSU sports only goes back to the 50s. MY dads looking for some stuff from when my grandpa played on the team in 1945. Thanks for any help

yea thats the only one I've been able to find. Thanks though,my dad was not to impressed with it ha.

Yeah, the link is shitty at best. Good luck in your search. Maybe try to contact the LSU Sports Information Department if it's something that means a lot to you and your dad.

yea that is what I was thinking. I just remember last time it was you need to call this person no that person when it was something similar to this.

Might can check to see if I have any programs from 1945. I know I have them from 1943,1944,and 1946 for sure. They will have the roster and pictures. Did he only play in 1945?

Dude. Go to lsusports.net.
Click on Teams.
Then click on football.
Then click on Rosters.
Then the drop down menu will let you go to any year in the modern era.
Click on Teams.
