Picking up Beckham has done wonders for my FF. I have Megatron and Beckham.. One of those two is always getting me tons of points

I picked up both OBJ and Hill on waivers this year. The crazy thing is my league is at least half rabid LSU fans.

Go figure.

But I got almost 70 pts off them this week.

I think most of us knew Hill be a star but OBJ is quite the surprise.

I believed Landry be the better pro but damn OBJ. Proud of both.

I thought Landry would do more also. This trio of tigers has to be the best trio of rookies from the same school ever to come out together. It's just sick.

Does ODB have a shot at ROY?

ETA: NM. I found this article with these stats:

quote:

Despite playing just 10 games, Beckham is tied with former LSU teammate Jarvis Landry (Miami Dolphins) for most receptions by a rookie receiver this season with 71. He leads the rookies in receiving yards with 972. His nine touchdowns are second among rookie receivers behind Mike Evans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who has 11.
Beckham has 12 catches for 143 yards and three touchdowns Sunday. He is the first rookie in NFL history with at least 12 catches, 140 yards receiving and three TDs in a single game.
The 12 receptions tied Mark Bavaro's franchise record for receptions by a rookie in a single game. It was one short of tying Tiki Barber's overall franchise mark of 13 in a game.
Beckham, Hakeem Nicks and Amani Toomer are the only Giants' wide receivers to catch 12 passes in a single game.
Beckham has 61 catches for 866 yards and six touchdowns in his past seven games. His 61 catches are the most by a rookie in a seven-game span and his 866 receiving yards are the second-most by a rookie over a seven-game span (920 yards, Bill Groman, 1960).
Beckham now has at least 90 receiving yards in seven consecutive games, extending his NFL record streak for a rookie.
Beckham is the first Giants' rookie to score three touchdowns in a game. He has a team-leading nine touchdowns this, one short of the franchise rookie record set by Bill Swiacki in 1948.
Beckham's 972 receiving yards surpasses the previous franchise record of 894 yards for a rookie, set by Jeremy Shockey in 2002.

Landry, Beckham Jr., and Hill are the top 3 rookies in All-Purpose Yards:

Jarvis Landry - 1676

Odell Beckham Jr. - 1178

Jeremy Hill - 1082

Currently, no other rookie has over 1000 All-Purpose Yards.

I told my buddy not to draft Benard because I knew the season would be only halfway through before he got replaced. Jeremy is an EVERY down back. As long as he stays healthy he's the Arian Foster/DeMarco Murray workhorse type back.

From Field Yates:

Odell Beckham, Jr. & Jarvis Landry are on pace to become 1st rookies from the same college to lead their team in catches in NFL history.
